Tijara Beach Kenya is an exclusive property set on a seaside bluff in 5 acres of colourful gardens overlooking the Indian Ocean. Tijara is a romantic haven of peace which will host a maximum of 8 people. At the foot of the cliffs on which the resort perches is its own private beach. Tijara is a quiet and peaceful location where you will only hear the ocean as the breakers roll on to the reef, and the ever present bird song.

All guests enjoy privacy and spectacular views of the ocean from their own private verandas. The traditional Swahili style cottages are complimented by exclusively handcrafted Swahili furniture with ornate carvings and rich decoration. Each of the four cottages are spacious with large decked verandas, an en-suite bathroom with double wash basins and double showers.

Tijara Beach offers al fresco dining and guests may also dine privately on their own verandah or romantically on the cliff above the beach. Leisure facilities include a relaxation area, swimming pool, bird watching, reef walks, cave walks, in-house beauty therapy & masseuse. Also available at an extra charge are a nearby golf course, visits to Shimba Hills Game Reserve, Water sports include snorkelling & deep sea fishing.
