Each of the six villas at The Palms Beach Zanzibar are over 140 square meters, complete with bedroom, living room with standing bar, dressing room, en-suite bathroom and a large veranda featuring a draped four poster bed and private plunge pool. The interiors blend coffee and cream walls and fabrics in contrast to the dark carved wood and polished floors which creates a sophisticated feel. Each villa at The Palms is equipped with air-conditioning and satellite TV.

Guests at The Palms Zanzibar reside on an all-inclusive basis. The elegant colonnaded terrace of The Plantation House leads into the Spice inspired bar, onto the antique-elegant dining room where international cuisine is served.
