Travelled on the Masai with Southern Palms Just wanted to say how much the four of us enjoyed our safari and beach holiday. It proved far better than our expectations in many ways. We saw many animals at close quarters, including lions and cheetahs. Only the leopard evaded us! We even saw the start of the wildebeest migration, much earlier than usual! The camps were great especially the substituted Ashnil, which was tented and magical. The hotair balloon was wonderful - expensive but worth every penny as from it we viewed thousands upon thousands of wildebeests making their way in single file from group to massive group. What a spectacle! Not so obvious from the ground. The Southern Palms Beach Resort, a very good hotel to choose, was very welcome after a week of early starts and bumpy rides. The staff were wonderful and we were able to completely relax, in spite of a little heavy rain. Certainly we were right to go All Inclusive there. It was the trip of a lifetime for the four of us and one we shall look back on with great pleasure for many years. Thank you so much for your very useful advice and for organising the trip for us Sorry I haven't written this before but we are moving house in 6 days time so we've been rather busy since our return on the 6th! Have a good summer yourself

We returned from our holiday this morning and just wanted to drop you a line and let you know we had a fab time (yet again!!). Chobe Game lodge was very impressive and the staff were unbelievable, they did a wonderful job in making Merlin's birthday very special and went to the effort of organising a very special dinner, bringing us a beautiful cake and having all the staff sing some traditional songs (and happy birthday of course). A great experience and thank you to you again for putting everything together. We did have a slight slip up at the Zambian border on our last day as the embassy had made an error and given my partner a double entry instead of multiple entry (and gave me multiple) which lead to a heated debate and the official became very confrontational and threatening. We didn't expect that at all to be honest and we'll be taking it up with the embassy. I know you do already but it's probably worth emphasising ten times over for your clients to check their on the correct visa so as to avoid such issues. The error was down to the embassy though, and us as well for not spotting the error. Thanks again and kind regards
